The signing took place on March 17 in the city of Kogalym (Yugra region) in presence of Valentina Matvienko, Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council, and Vladimir Yakushev, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Ural Federal District.
The document provides for further support of the region's social sphere.
Among other things, the company will continue construction and reconstruction of public amenities and utilities in Kogalym, outfitting a ski track in Langepas, beautification of public areas and yards in Urai, and creating an active leisure zone with a ski resort in Pokachi.
