The document defines main cooperation domains, such as development of data exchange via modern information systems, organizing of research an practice workshops and conferences, expanding scientific and methodological support, and improvement of legal and regulatory framework.
In order to implement the provisions of the agreement, the parties will create joint working and expert groups.
They will also develop a detailed action plan to improve industrial safety at LUKOIL's production facilities.
NOVATEK and Rostechnadzor also signed a Cooperation Agreement on industrial safety.

The parties intend to exchange information in the field of industrial safety by using of state-of-the-art information systems, as well as cooperating on scientific and training programs and improving the regulatory framework.
