The DPA software and hardware complex is a proprietary development of TATNEFT, which includes emergency protection systems for technological processes to deploy safe control systems for oil and gas processing and petrochemical plants.
The complex is the first domestic automatic process control system (APCS) of this level.
The process control system was created on the basis of application and modernization of the domestic controller of the Regul R500 series by Prosoft-Systems and competes with foreign counterparts.
The TANECO project is based on the principle of energy efficient production with one hundred percent recuperation and the use of waste water and hydrocarbon gases, allowing to reduce energy consumption, as well as the use of resource and energy saving press-composite materials of the company’s own production.
Thanks to the acquired competencies, availability of its own technologies for the processing of oil and gas raw materials, the automation of technological processes, as well as the availability of the company’s own EPC contractor, the company is capable of implementing facilities of any complexity anywhere in the world on a «turnkey» basis.
