Bugulma mechanical plant of TATNEFT is among the best equipment manufacturers

Kazan, October 2 - Neftegaz.RU. The Bugulma Mechanical Plant of TATNEFT has been recognized as the best among the manufacturers of air coolers and heat exchange equipment.

The survey has been carried out by the “Center for Fuel and Energy Complex Suppliers" rating agency among the largest oil & gas companies regarding enterprises that manufacture equipment for the oil refining and petrochemical industries.

The awarding ceremony for the best oil and gas processing equipment manufacturers has taken place in Moscow within the framework of the Xth annual conference "Oil & Gas Refining 2020", dedicated to the subject of modernizing oil and gas processing facilities.

The ratings of the equipment and services suppliers for oil and gas have been determined since 2013 with the aim of developing information support for the oil and gas equipment and services market. The Bugulma Mechanical Plant of TATNEFT has repeatedly become the winner of various Republican and All-Russian competitions, including the present rating.

The long-term partners of the plant are the enterprises of Gazprom, LUKOIL, Rosneft; Salavatnefteorgsintez, plants of the Ufa petrochemical complex, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Kazanorgsintez, Arktikgaz, Yamal LNG, TAIF, TANECO, GMS Group of Companies (Kazankompressormash), as well as neighboring countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia.

Base-collector type vessels for high pressure up to 320 atm have been introduced and supplied for ammonia production within a short period of time, The vessels with air recirculation for nominal pressure of 125 atm have been supplied to gas-pumping the facilities of Gazprom and Arktikgaz.

The Bugulma Mechanical Plant supplies shell-and-tube heat exchangers of all types both in accordance with Russian technical specifications and foreign regulatory documents. It is also one of the few manufacturers of pipe-in-pipe heat exchangers, it performs repairs and replaces heat exchangers of foreign manufacturers, has experience in joint production of patented heat exchangers with the Alfa Laval Pakinox French manufacturer.
