Gold-Rich Area In Peru To Be Explored

Canadian metal exploration company Gold Hawk Resources Inc. announced that work it started working on the Company's Machacala gold-silver property.
The Machacala property covers an area of 4,006 hectares and lies 43 km. due east of the coastal city of Trujillo in northern Peru.

In addition, tenders have been let for a minimum of 2,000 meters of diamond drilling on this structure. Previous exploration work on this system indicated an inferred mineral resource of 390,000 tonnes averaging 7.9 grams of gold per tonne and 190 grams of silver per tonne.
The objective of this program is to upgrade the inferred resources to reserves and to increase the gold resources. The area is expected to hold to one million tonnes of resources that could contain 300,000 ounces of gold.
