Oil prices again climbed near record highs on Thursday as OPEC stated that it barely could to anything with the prices because the situation has been outs of its control.
Yesterday U.S. crude futures were up 8 cents at $41.58 a barrel. London Brent was up 15 cents at $38.05 a barrel.
Crude prices dropped on Wednesday from a brief reversal that raised hopes among consumer nations.
