The International Energy Department was pleased to report that the US commercial stocks of crude oil surged
The International Energy Department was pleased to report that the US commercial stocks of crude oil surged by 4.0 million barrels to 283.4 million barrels in the week ending on October 22, near the lower end of average for the season.
The report also said that US gasoline stocks increased by 1.3 million barrels to 202.1 million in the week, remaining at about average level in this season.
However, distillates, heating oil and diesel, declined by 2.4 million barrels to 116.6 million barrels last week, the sixth consecutive week of drop and below the average range.
