US Thanksgiving Locked Crude Prices Jactation

Crude oil prices stayed almost at the same level Thursday as low heating fuel stocks stirred fresh supply concerns ahead of winter and closed US market because of Thanksgiving day.

London?s IPE Brent crude futures were down just two cents at $44.80 a barrel.

Prices rose on Wednesday after a US government report showed heating fuel stocks in the world's largest energy consumer remained around 14 per cent below last year ahead of the winter.

US natural gas futures jumped 15 per cent on news of the draw down in US gas stocks.
