Traders Lost Interest To Oil Price

Oil prices fell more than $1 on Thursday, as traders took profits after Wednesday?s gains on report about tight fuel supplies for the northern winter.

US light crude settled down 69 cents to $43.50 a barrel on the NYMEX.
London Brent crude fell 87 cents to $41.35., sliding from Wednesday?s record, where it rose $2.97 - the biggest one-day jump since the 1990/1991 Gulf War.

The falls came after oil had jumped more than 7 per cent this week following top exporter Saudi Arabia's decision to cut deliveries for January under OPEC's latest pact to remove 1 million barrels per day of excess supply from the market.
