US Firm To Mine Gold In Azerbaijan

US Investment Services Grouр is preparing to mine gold in Azerbaijan.
According to Azerbaijani information agency Bilik Dunyasy, by January 15-20 British VEIN ltd.

Experts will have arrived to the country in order to launch preparation works for several gold deposit development (in September 2004 RV Investment and VEIN signed an appropriate agreement).

The US company has agreed the plan of works with the Government. The first phase of the project will require $50 mln of investments, the total volume of the development being $500 mln.
