Rusal, the world's second largest aluminium producer form Russia, is likely to acquire some Chinese plants.
Rusal's Finished Products Department head Patrice L'Huillier said, "The company is trolling a seemingly eager Chinese marketplace for potential partners in both the aluminum and alumina sectors."
