Gold fell to a one week low of $659.50 yesterday as investors rushed into the US dollar and US treasuries amid a growing global liquidity crunch linked to US sub-prime mortgage market woes.
Spot gold was trading up at $663.90 an ounce against $661.85 in late New York trades yesterday.
