Oil rose on Tuesday amid OPEC's reluctancy to pump more oil.

U.S. crude rose 34 cents a barrel to $89.65 at 0138 GMT, bouncing off a five-week low of $87.14 hit in the previous session.

Meanwhile, London's Brent crude was up 24 cents at $90.04 on the ICE Futures.
