Malaysian shipping firm MISC Bhd has entered into a shareholders agreement with three other firms for a joint venture to offer LNG business services in Nigeria, MISC said on Tuesday.
The other parties in the venture are Nigerian National Petroleum Corp (NNPC), Hyundai Heavy Industries Co Ltd and Deepwater Shipping and Maritime Co.
MISC will hold a 30 percent stake in the joint venture firm, which will offer to NNPC international marine transportation of LNG and sourcing and procurement of LNG cargo.
