Singapore Oil-Related Stocks To React on Record Oil Price

Singapore oil-related stocks such as Keppel Corp Sembcorp Marine and Singapore Petroleum Co may be in focus on Friday after crude prices soared over $105 per barrel Thursday.

U.S. crude oil futures extended a record run above $100 as a fall in the dollar to new lows encouraged hedge funds to buy more crude oil. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, April crude CLJ8 settled at $105.47.

Singapore's benchmark Straits Times Index .FTSTI rose 0.25 percent to 2,917.92 points on Thursday, Reuters reported.
