Norilsk Nickel Finished Share Buy-Back

The Russian nickel producer announced in its statement Monday that the share buyback was completed at a price roughly estimated as $1.33 bln.

The company originally planned to buy back up to 7.947m common shares, or some 4 percent of its share capital, at $170 per share. As Norilsk Nickel told RBC today, it bought back all the shares submitted by shareholders under the buyback program.
