Economic growth slowed to an annual 3.9 percent in February, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach said Monday. “We didn’t expect anything good in the first quarter,” Klepach said. The economy shrank a seasonally adjusted 0.9 percent last month, he said.
The price of Urals crude oil will average between $70 and $76 per barrel over the year, compared with the $58 per barrel used to calculate the budget, Klepach said.
