Gazprom Neft has today successfully completed the placement of bonds issue series 08, 09 and 10 for total amount of RUB 30 billion. This placement is one of the largest in the history of corporate ruble bonds.
The bonds issue series 08 have a 5-year maturity date with no early redemption date. The bonds issue series 09 have a 10-year maturity date with an early redemption offer to be made after 5 years since the placement. The bonds issue series 10 have a 10-year maturity date with an early redemption offer to be made 7 years following the placement.
The placement of the bonds went through the book-building process with both Russian and international investors being represented.
The coupon rate for the 08 and 09 series has been set at 8,5%, with the 10 series being set at 8.9%.
The proceeds from the bond placement will be used for the general corporate purposes.
Gazprombank, Sberbank, Troika Dialog investment company and Globexbank acted as organisers of the placement with National Standard Bank as co-underwriter. Gazprombank also was bookrunner and placement agent.
