Biography
Born in 1981 in Moscow.
He holds a Masters degree in cybernetics and information systems design from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, and a MBA (with a specialisation in business administration and management) from the University of Chicago.
His 18 years’ experience in the IT industry includes the automation of industrial processes for major market players in the mobile communications and banking industries (including MTS, MegaFon, Yota, Bank Otkritie, B&N Bank, and others), as well as overseeing the international dissemination of Russian-origin IT and software technologies in 40 countries worldwide.
His experience also includes developing market-leadership entry strategies throughout the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and managing project partnerships in Russia with leading international telecoms systems and IT equipment manufacturers.
Andrei Belevtsev has been Director of Digital Transformation, Gazprom Neft, since April 2018.
