From 2007 to 2010 - Managing Director, senior Advisor, Morgan Stanley (Moscow)
He served as 1st Vice-President of Rosneft in 2010-2012 and has 15 years of experience in international financial institutions.
2013-2016, Pavel Fedorov was 1st Vice-President and Executive Director at Norilsk Nickel.
He supervised the oil and gas industry in the rank of Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia in 2012-2013.
On April 22, 2016, Pavel Fedorov was appointed 1st Vice-President for Economics and Finance, Rosneft.
