Biography
Pavel Krylov was born in 1982 in Chagan, Semipalatinsk Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2004, he graduated from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, majoring in Welding Equipment and Technology.
He has a PhD in Engineering.
