Born 1 December 1975 in Klin, Moscow Region
Education
1997: Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Russian State Social University (RSSU), with a degree in Economics and Labour Sociology.
2001: Graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
2011: Finished the Top-Level Managerial Personnel Reserve Training Programme at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), had on-site training at the University of Edinburgh (UK) and defended a certification paper titled Human Potential Development Strategy in Russia.
Experience
1998: Head of the Management Appraisal and Consulting Centre (MOKC).
Since 2004: President of the Russian Board of Appraisers.
2010-2012: President of the Delovaya Rossiya (Business Russia) Russian Public Organisation.
Since August 2012: Co-chair of Delovaya Rossiya.
August 2011-June 2012: Member of the State Duma Commission on the Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Far East, the Republic of Buryatia, the Trans-Baikal Territory and the Irkutsk Region.
Since 12 June 2013: Co-chair of the Central Staff of the public movement Popular Front for Russia.
Since 11 September 2013: Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East.
