Biography
Natalia Nikipelova was born in the town of Kommunarsk, Voroshilovgrad Region.
In 1987, she graduated from Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 2002 – from post-graduate school of the All-Russian Institute of Finance and Economy, in 2005 – from Institute of Professional Appraisal of the Financial Academy with the major in Enterprise (Business) Value Appraisal.
In 2009 Nikipelova worked as General Director of Hedging of Companies and Corporate Governance company in Smolensk.
From 2009 until 2013 as Director of Economic and Financial Affairs at MSZ JSC (town of Elektrostal).
From 2013 to 2017 she held the post of the Senior Vice President for Finance, Economy and Corporate Governance of JSC TVEL.
In September 2017 Natalia Nikipelova was appointed President of JSC TVEL.
Natalia Nikipelova holds a Ph.D in Economics.
She has written 2 course books for students of the economics universities, over 40 research papers on corporate finance, budgeting, issues of a company’s investment activities and on business value management.
