In 1991 v deputy head of technical works administration of Surgutneftegaz.
In 1991-1992 v general director of the regional land fund commodity exchange in Surgut.
Since 1992 v deputy general director on personnel of JSC Surgutneftegaz. Member of the permanent committee on legislative issues of the Duma for the Khanty-Mansy region.
