Born on May 10, 1956, in Moscow.
Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (1980)
1993 - Head of the department of modern society development problems at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
1995- Vice-rector on educational work
Member of Specialized Council of MSU history and politology department.
Since 1994 - Deputy rector for educational work of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
Author of 58 scientific publications.
Reads courses of lectures: Politology, Democracy Theories, Modern Political Scools.
