Born in 1960. Graduated from the Ordzhonikidze Moscow Institute of Management. In 1982 - head of management perfection department in radio industry Ministry. In 1990 - head of JSC Corporation Center. From 1997 to March, 1998 - vice-president of oil-company Sidanko on corporative management. Since May, 1998 - first vice-president of JSC Group Aliance.
