Born on May, 11, 1966.
In 1991 graduated from Academician Millionshchikov Groznensk Oil Institute, speciality - chemical technology of oil and gas refinement.
In 1992-1997 worked as an engineer-technologist, manager, director of Lia Oil company (Switzerland) Moscow subsidiary, then as a president of group of companies Lia Oil (CIS).
In 1998 after creation of OAO Group Aliance became head of its branch - ZAO Aliance Oil.
In March, 2000 appointed head of OAO Group Aliance.
