Biography
Born in 1951 in Tomsk.
In 1973 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Economic Faculty, Department of economic cybernetics.
Up to 1978 combined the post of a programmer in a number of research institutes with post-graduate course in Lomonosov MSU.
In 1978-90 worked in a number of enterprises in Vladimir: technological research institute of engines (head of laboratory), Vladimir tractor plant (general director deputy on economy).
In 1990-91 had a course of practical studies as a consultant in Braxton Associates (Boston, USA).
In 1992-94 worked on project financing of International financial corporation (Washington, USA).
In 1994-97 - General director of joint-stock company Vladimir Tractor Plant.
From 1997- 2003 - First vice-president on economy and finances of Tyumen Oil Company (TNK).
From 2003 to 2007- Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of SUAL-Holding, an aluminum producer.
2007 through 2008 worked with Renova-Management AG on the financial director position.
Since 2013 - Independent member of the Board of Directors of NefteTransService.
Since October 2014 - CEO of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG.
Hold an MBA degree of Harvard Business School (Boston, Massachusetts).
Married, has 2 sons.
