Born in 1966. Graduated from Moscow State University, Chemistry Department, profession - oil chemistry. Kandidate of Chemical Sciences. Worked on the Faculty of oil chemistry and organic catalysis of Chemical Department. In February, 1994 was appointed to the post of general representative of joint-stock company Komineft in Moscow, then worked as a general director of ZAO ComiTEC-Moscow. On May, 30, 1997 elected chairman of OAO ComiTEC board of directors.
