Born in 1958. In 1981 graduated from Frunze Higher naval-military school (Leningrad), in 1997 - from naval-military Academy. Was appointed to the post of nuclear submarine captain. Upon retirement from Naval-Military Fleet in 1997 worked as ZAO LUKOIL-Market administration head, then general director deputy. In July, 1999 was appointed to the post of general director of LUKOIL-Market-Consulting company that is in charge of agricultural associations belom=nging to oil company LUKOIL.
