Born in 1948.
Graduated from oil technical school, then Tumen Industrial Institute, profession - mining engineer. Worked in industry.
Up to 1991 - General Director deputy in Noyabrskneftegaz.
From 1992 to November, 1998 - head of Administration of municipal education in Noyabrsk.
In 1995 was the winner of the competition Russian Mayor- 95 in the nomination Small Cities of Russia.
Married, has two children.
