Acting general director of JSC "Noiabrskneftegaz". Graduated from Azerbaidzhan Institute of oil and chemistry, qualification - technology and mechanization of oil and gas deposits development. Upon graduation from the institute worked as an operator on oil and gas output at "Muravlenkovskneft" ("Noiabrskneftegaz").
Since 1986 - woked at "Tarasovskneft" Co as a master of oil and gas output department, deputy head on production. From 1990 to 1995 - head of oil and gas output department "Kharampurneft".
Since November, 1996 - first deputy general director of JSC "Rosneft-Purneftegaz".
