Biography
He was born in 1954.
In 1975 he graduated from the Ufa Oil Institute with the qualification 'technology and complex mechanization of oil and gas deposits prospecting'.
From 1975 onwards worked at the oil extracting enterprises in Bashkiria, then in the Tumen region.
Since 1993 he has been the First Vice-president of the oil company 'LUKOIL'.
