In 1985 graduated from Tomsk Polytechnical Institute.
In 1989-1992 - general director deputy of "Varieganneftegaz Co"
In 1992-1996 - JSC "Russia Petroleum" vice-director on drilling.
Since 1996 - commercial director of "Eastland" - company on oil realization.
At the beginning of 1998 - appointed general director of JSC "Russia Petroleum".
