New gas distribution facilities delivering natural gas to the boiler house, which include the Bolshoy Kamen gas distribution station, the gas pipeline branch of the Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok gas trunkline network, and the high-pressure inter-settlement gas pipeline with a length of more than 9 kilometers, were built as part of Gazprom's Program for gas infrastructure expansion in Russian regions, with Gazprom Mezhregiongaz as the investor.
“Under the large-scale program for gas infrastructure expansion in the Primorye Territory, gas is brought to the priority development area and the nearby localities of the Bolshoy Kamen PDA; these factors give an additional impetus to the development of the Bolshoy Kamen town and the industrial sector of the Primorye Territory. Thus, the business climate for investment is enhanced and the level of comfort for the residents of the Far East is increased,” said Sergey Mezenin, Deputy Director General for Gas Marketing at Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Far East.
