The retail sale of jet fuel at Baikal International Airport is carried out by the marketing division of Slavneft-Tunoshna, a joint venture of Gazpromneft-Aero and Rosneft Aero. The first aircraft fuelled in Ulan-Ude as part of the strategic partnership was a SmartAvia-operated flight to Moscow.
Gazpromneft-Aero CEO, Vladimir Yegorov: “The continued expansion of Gazprom Neft’s aviation fueling distribution network across Russian and international airports is a key element to our business development strategy. We remain focused on implementing a unified technical policy across our network, which is compliant with the most rigorous domestic and international aviation fuel supply standards and is based on our longstanding partnership with IATA. By implementing the latest aircraft refuelling technologies across Russian airports, our aim is to contribute to the modernization of the aviation fuel industry as a whole.”
