Belarus Welcomes Investment

Belarusian Prime Minister Syarhey Sidorski has said Russia's Slavneft has good prospects for investment in the country.
Sidorski discussed the issue with company head, Yuriy Sukhanov, who is in the city to explore the possibility for Slavneft to invest in the local chemical plant.

The prime minister said the chances that Slavneft would continue its investment activities in Belarus were quite good.
Earlier, Sidorski and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov expressed satisfaction with the investment of the project to modernize the Mozyr oil refinery with the participation with Slavneft.
