Tatarstan creation to attract billions...
Tatar-Korean Petrochemical Company (TKNK) was established in Kazan today. Its participants are Tatneft, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Svyazinvestneftekhim and South Korean LG International Corp.
The founders approved the company's articles of association and elected the managing bodies.
Tatneft will receive more than 45% of TKNK shares, Nizhnekamskneftekhim will receive 36%, Svyazinvestneftekhim and LG will receive 9% each. The company will be registered in 10-15 days. The first meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on January 21. Special shareholders' meeting of the Nizhnekamsk refinery will be held on the same day to decide if Bagmanov retains the post of the General Director of the refinery.
