Gazprom confirms questionable move...
Russia has received the first supply of Turkmen gas bought by (the Russian gas company) Gazprom, the deputy chairman of the company's board, Yuriy Komarov, said.
It is reported that the Gazprom deputy chairman confirmed the start of gas supplies in an interview published in the Russian newspaper, Vremya Novostey, on the 20th of January. "The gas is already being supplied. As of 10 January, 116m cu.m. of gas had been supplied. We have no doubt that Turkmen gas will be in our portfolio," Komarov said.
