Crisis looms if dispute not resolved soon...
The Ukranian Lisichansky Oil Refinery (LiNOS) has not received oil for three days because of new rules. A reserve for 3 days is in its reservoirs, but if the situation does not change, the plant will heave to stop its work altogether.
Other refineries are facing the same fate. If oil supplies are not recommenced a crisis is likely, say specialists at the Trade House TNK-Ukrainet.
