Iran Wants 20% of Caspian

According to information given from the Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan, Iran addressed Azerbaijan to appoint the date for the next counsel on Caspian division. Mehdi Safari, special representative of the president of Iran is to visit Baku to participate.

Mr. Safari made a statement in his speech at the international conference on trade perspectives of the Caspian Sea, saying that Iran agrees to divide the sea if its share equals 20 percent. Safari pointed out that this share must be based on international law.
