Iraqi/Kuwaiti Supreme Council Created

A-Ra'y Al-Aam newspaper reported of an Kuwaiti-Iraqi agreement to set up a joint supreme council on energy matters. The paper quoted Iraqi Oil Minister, Ibrahim Muhammad Bahir al-'Alum, who said the chairmen of the committee will be the oil ministers of the two countries and that the committee will discuss implementing joint projects.
