The initiative to create an international thermonuclear experimental reactor (ITER) will gain if it is divided into two components, scientific and technical, and built in different countries, Russian Atomic Energy Minister Aleksandr Rumyantsev stated.
Asked by an ITAR-TASS news agency correspondent about Russia's opinion of the idea of dividing the project into technical and scientific components and of building it in different countries - Japan and France, the minister said that "the prestigious project will only gain from this" and it would be implemented quickly.
