$15 Billion Ready for Russian Home

$15 billion is the amount international oil majors BP and Royal Dutch/Shell plan to invest in Russia, according to first deputy energy minister Matlashov.

Mr. Matlashov said the companies? goal is to build a strategic long-term partnership with local energy corporates. The minister also mentioned the importance of the Northwest gas pipeline to Western Europe.
