Russian Nuclear Cooperation Continues to Expand

The heads of the nuclear societies of Russia and Kazakhstan are going to sign a protocol on further deepening the cooperation in interests of developing nuclear science and technologies for peaceful purposes. ?This protocol is likely to be signed after we get the results of the five-day visit of the heads of the largest nuclear organizations of Russia and Kazakhstan which started Tuesday.? This was stated by the head of the Nuclear Society of Kazakhstan and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in Kazakhstan Vladimir Shkolnik at a press conference in Astana. He noted that the other objectives of the protocol include stirring up activities of youth branches of nuclear societies of the two countries with a purpose to train corresponding staff as well as student exchanges
