Pakistan Denies Access to Nuclear Facilities

In his address to the Pakistani American community in San Francisco, Pakistan's Ambassador to the United States Ashraf Jehangir Qazi said Pakistan is a declared nuclear state, and there is no question of a rollback. In addition, Qazi said Pakistan will not allow the inspection of its nuclear facilities by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). However, he said, Pakistan will continue to cooperate with the IAEA.
