Under an agreement of the Global Partnership program, the UK will allocate $3.922 billion to Russia for decomissioning nuclear submarines and rehabilitation of the environment.
Victor Akhunov, from the Russian Nuclear Energy Ministry, said this sum does not include participation of the UK in projects related to the destruction of chemical weapons and wastes.
