Venezuela Sees Opportunity in Libya

The head of the Libyan National Oil Company met with Venezuelan Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Romero Mendez this week.

According to sources, at the meeting the parties discussed ways to strengthen spheres of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of oil and to open new prospects for cooperation between the specialized Venezuelan and Libyan oil companies through exchanging technical know-how and training, in addition to coordinating stances inside OPEC regarding prices and produced quantities.
