Mikhail Khodorkovsky, ex-chief of Russian oil major YUKOS, persuaded a Moscow court to combine his trial with the trial of his partner Platon Lebedev.
Moscow's Meshchansky District Court agreed to combine the trials after prosecutors has backed Khodorkovsky's petition. The trial will be heard by three judges starting June 16.
