Russia President Offered Energy Cooperation Draft To Japan

On the meeting in Georgia, U.S, Russia?s president Vladimir Putin presented Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi a draft of the "Long-Term Program of Russian-Japanese Cooperation in Energy."
According to Russian President?s aide Sergey Prikhodko, it is a comprehensive document that envisages not only deliveries of the final product, but the establishment of the entire infrastructure.
The draft is anticipated to be completed by the time the Russian president visits Japan in early 2005.
